Infoday digital Europe programme 2nd calls In seguito ala pubblicazione dei nuovi inviti a presentare proposte nell’ambito del Work Programme 2021-2022 Digital Europe, l’Agenzia esecutiva della CE HaDEA ha organizzato una giornata informativa il 14 Marzo. From 8-11 February, the 2022 edition of EU Industry Days took place in a hybrid format in Brussels. EU Industry Days is Europe's premier annual event, highlighting industry leaders and ongoing industrial policy discussions. It is an important platform to discuss industry challenges and co-develop opportunities and policy responses in an inclusive dialogue with a wide range of stakeholders. This edition will stimulate discussions among industrial ecosystems on their green and digital transition, supporting the strengthening of the resilience of EU businesses (including SMEs). Topics addressed include green and digital transition pathways, with a view to sustainability, and technological innovation processes in different thematic areas. Unlocking the future: EU industrial ecosystems on the path to the green and digital transition. This is the theme of the 2022 edition of the EU Industry Days to be held from 8 to 11 February. EU Industry Days is Europe’s flagship annual event, highlighting industrial frontrunners and ongoing industrial policy discussions whilst improving the knowledge base of European industry. It is the main platform to discuss industry challenges and co-develop opportunities and policy responses in an inclusive dialogue with a wide range of stakeholders. The 2022 edition will take place in hybrid format in Brussels between 8 - 11 February 2022, and it will stimulate discussions across industrial ecosystems on their green and digital transition, in support of strengthening the resilience of EU companies (including SMEs). It will also hold discussions on how the young generation can shape the future of EU industry, in line with the Commission proposal to make 2022 the European Year of Youth.

EU Missions are a novelty of the Horizon Europe research and innovation programme for 2021-2027 aiming to address some of the greatest challenges facing our society. With this work programme, the Commission launches the first fully-fledged research and innovation actions that will launch missions into the implementation stage. The actions include direct support to key overarching EU priorities, such as the European Green Deal, a Europe fit for the Digital Age, the Beating Cancer action plan and an Economy that works for people. The Commission invites researchers and innovators as well as citizens and all interested stakeholders to take part in the five missions: Adaptation to Climate Change: support at least 150 European regions and communities to become climate resilient by 2030 Cancer: improving the lives of more than 3 million people by 2030 through prevention, cure and for those affected by cancer including their families, to live longer and better Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030 100 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030 A Soil Deal for Europe: 100 living labs and lighthouses to lead the transition towards healthy soils by 2030

The European Commission recently organised a 3-day Information Day to analyse the Calls published in the framework of Cluster 4 of Horizon Europe aimed at supporting actions in the field of Digital, Industry and Space. Cluster IV is divided into 6 clusters: 1. Climate neutral, circular and digitised production; 2. Increased autonomy in key strategic value chains for resilient industry; 3. World-leading information and 'data' technologies; 4. Digital and emerging technologies for competitiveness and as part of the Green Deal; 5. Strategic autonomy open to the development, deployment and use of global space-based infrastructures, services, applications and data; 6. Development of ethical and human-centred digital and industrial technologies.

On 1 December, the European Commission's DG Connect organised an information day following the publication of the first calls for proposals under the Digtal Europe Programme. The calls are open to businesses, organisations and public administrations from EU Member States. In particular, the 3 open calls cover the following areas: 1. Specialized Master's and Education programmes in key capacity areas; 2. Advanced digital skills analysis; 3. Preparatory actions for the data space for skills. Il nuovo Consiglio europeo per l’Innovazione, lanciato a Marzo 2021 ha celebrato a Bruxelles il suo primo Summit il 24-25 Novembre, organizzando un evento ibrido a Bruxelles. L’evento ha visto la partecipazione di innovatori e start-up europee, in particolare PMI, ricercatori, associazioni di categoria cosi’ come potenziali investitori e ‘venture capitalist’. Durante i due giorni è stato possibile affrontare le novità relative alle politiche europee in questione, ‘tips and tricks’ sulle patenti e sui diritti di proprietà intellettuale, discutere sulle tematiche legate al trasferimento tecnologico e conoscere più informazioni sul Fondo EIC oltre che approfondire le tematiche relative ai principali topic di EIC. Information day on the 1st call of the Digital Europe programme to establish a network of European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) Nell’aprire i lavori, la Commissione Europea ha ricordato che il 10 novembre sono stati pubblicati il programma di lavoro sugli European Digital Innovation Hubs nell’ambito del programma generale Digital Europe. Lo stile incontra la sostenibilità : è questo il motto delle Giornate informative organizzate dalla Commissione europea che si sono tenute dal 15 al 17 novembre in formato ibrido a Bruxelles. Il Nuovo Bauhaus europeo comprende un approccio multidisciplinare alla sfida di uno stile di vita sostenibile ed equa. In occasione della conferenza sono stati presentati progetti co-finanziati da LIFE e Horizon 2020 che analizzano differenti aspetti della trasformazione necessaria per un impatto zero di carbonio entro il 2050, quali: - Idee tecnologiche che fanno propri i principi dell’economia circolare; - Progetti volti a preservare gli ecosistemi e promuovere soluzioni nature-based; - Idee che portano i principi di sostenibilità nel design edlizio compresi i principi di circolarità e; - Azioni che comportano un cambiamento di condotta a tutti I livelli.
