Michela Sciurpa, President of Sviluppumbria, spoke at the presentation of the INPS Social Report 2020

Sviluppumbria's President Michela Sciurpa spoke at the round table Social inclusion: from passive assistance to active policies for the development of Umbria and the country system organized by the Umbria Region's INPS as part of the presentation of the 2020 Social Report.

Dr Sciurpa illustrated Sviluppumbria's new operations, with particular reference to the provision of services and financial resources to support self-employment and new entrepreneurship, noting how the Agency's widespread presence in the territory, with its three offices in Perugia, Foligno and Terni, represents its proximity to businesses and entrepreneurs. Commenting on the value of social reporting, the president highlighted the importance of knowing, measuring and monitoring the impacts and effects of Agencies’ work in the territory. Sviluppumbria is also preparing its first Social Report.
