Umbria at Fa la Cosa Giusta – Milan.

23 - 25 March 2018

The Umbria Region will take part at the 15th edition of “Fa’ la cosa Giusta” in Milan from 23 to 25 March 2018. Thanks to the synergy between institutions and civil society, the green heart of Italy has become the main destination and crossroads of the most famous and beloved Italian trails: from the St. Benedict Way to the St. Francis Way, from the Via Romea Germanica to the Via Amerina and Via Loreto.

But who can really know all of Umbria’s hidden historical, artistic and natural heritage? During the first of the fair’s appointments, three new experiences will be presented about sustainable tourism on foot and by bicycle.

Together with Roberto Reggi, director of the Agenzia del Demanio, and Miriam Giovanzana, editorial director of Terre di Mezzo, we will discuss the recovery of disused railway lines for tourism purposes.

The last event will be dedicated to the St. Francis Way and the St. Benedict Way. These two paths, among the most popular and well-structured, lead to the rediscovery of the history and message of the patron saints of Italy and Europe.
We will close with an aperitif featuring Umbrian typical products at Fa’ la cosa giusta!
