The Real Estate Showcase is one of the web communication tools identified to promote properties subject to development / transfer. The site publishes the real estate identified, as per the Annual Implementation Plans and the Three-Year Programme of Property Policy (art. 3 of Regional Law 14/97 and subsequent amendments and supplements).

The promotion strategy is based on the identification of assets on the basis of their potential for development and use. Sviluppumbria designs and publishes proposals, useful to potential investors, concerning real estate assets suitable for development into potential economic activity and, therefore, considered important for the regional economy.

The opportunities concern potential developments in three categories: Tourism - Accommodations, Productive, Residential.

A data sheet has been prepared for each property, summarising all the main information contained in the Back Office of the Information System, such as location, photographic documentation, values, town-planning/cadastral data, as well as the status of the sales process.
