Umbria on display at WTM, World Travel Market

The most important tourism fair in Europe, World Travel Market, will run from 6-8 November in London. The 2017 edition is of particular importance because Italy is the premier sponsor of the fair, with a high profile in promotional materials and a rich program of presentations. Sviluppumbria will be there, with the Umbria stand located in the ENIT- Italian National Tourist Board space. Twelve representatives of the Umbrian tourism offer will be co-exhibitors there.
On 7 November at 3 p.m., the Regions of Central Italy will hold a communications event entitled “Emotions from the Heart of Italy, featuring a prize drawing for a weekend trip, sponsored by local tourism operators and Alitalia.
Another communications event devoted to Christmas in Umbria will take place on 7 November at 6:30 p.m., at Petersham Nurseries in Covent Garden, where invited guests from the trade press will be immersed in the sights and tastes of our region.
