Sviluppumbria, Umbrian member of EEN - Enterprise Europe Network (https://een.ec.europa.eu/) and partner of the SME2EU consortium, provides services of the I-KAM2EU project, aimed at improving the capacity of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to manage innovation processes.
In this context, businesses with potential for innovation can receive at no charge EIMC services (Enhancing Innovation Management Capacities), aimed at increasing the capacity for innovation management in SMEs. Companies can get an image of their innovation management capabilities defined relative to a specific target of competitors, and a personalized action plan for improving performance.
The service foresees:
a) a preliminary meeting with the company to identify innovation needs, using a questionnaire based on the IHC (Innovation Health Check) methodology;
b) analysis of the information gathered in the first phase, provided to the company in order to identify any innovation gaps;
c) joint definition of an action plan containing possible solutions and corrective actions intended to overcome those gaps;
d) support in implementing the corrective actions and monitoring the results.
