Umbria at the Italian Embassy in Paris

The Umbria Region took centre stage at a promotional event, organised by the Aerospace Cluster in cooperation with Sviluppumbria. The evening event took place on 18 June at the Italian Embassy in the French capital. The Ambassador of Italy to France, Teresa Castaldo welcomed the Managing Director of Sviluppumbria Mauro Agostini, the President of the Umbria Aerospace Cluster Antonio Baldaccini and the other guests.

“For Sviluppumbria,” said Mauro Agostini, “the annual event to support the Umbria Aerospace Cluster aerospace cluster represents a fundamental moment in the promotion of Umbrian excellence.” The process of internationalisation and development of regional exports is one of the cornerstones of the regional agency's activity, and support for presence of the aerospace cluster at the Le Bourge air show is recognition for companies in the sector whose competitiveness makes a positive contribution to regional GDP.

The dinner at the Italian Embassy in Paris is the result of the fruitful synergy between tourism and internationalisation, as well as the partnership between the public and private sectors.
