Public notice - Relief for associations and companies, amateur sports clubs, indoor swimming pools and/or cinemas

Through this notice, the Region of Umbria intends to support associations and enterprises, including amateur sports clubs, that operate indoor swimming facilities located in the region and/or film screening activities whose activities have been temporarily suspended or reduced as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic.

Financial allocation:

The total budget allocated is € 700,000.00, of which € 350,000.00 is for associations and businesses, including amateur sports clubs, that manage indoor swimming activities located in the region and € 350,00.00 is for associations and businesses operating film projection activities in Umbria from the funds provided for by Article 27 of Decree-Law No 41 of 22 March 2021, entered in Chapter 05256_S of the 2021-2023 Regional Budget for the 2021-2023 financial year.

The Notice is addressed to:

Eligible for the contribution are Associations and businesses including amateur sports clubs which, at the date of expiry of the Notice:

• Operate indoor swimming facilities and/or cinemas in the Umbria region (operational headquarters), as shown by their Chamber of Commerce certificate.

At the date of submission of the application, all eligible beneficiaries must also meet the following requirements:

a) be properly established and registered, in the case of companies, in the register of companies or in the Economic and Administrative Register (REA) at the CCIAA competent for the territory where applicable;

b) be active at the time of submitting the application and not be subject to liquidation, bankruptcy or composition with creditors proceedings, with the exception of composition with continuity of business;

c) comply with the rules of the Italian legal system on taxation, social security, safety of workers and participants involved in the approved initiatives, collective labour agreements and regulations on environmental protection;

d) comply with anti-mafia legislation (Legislative Decree 159 of 6 September 2011);

e) be in order with obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions in favour of workers, verifiable through the DURC.

Deadlines and procedures for submitting applications:

Applications for admission to the facilities may be filled in from 10:00:00 on 25/11/2021 until 12:00:00 on 31/12/2021 using only the online service accessible at:  https://serviziinrete.regione.umbria.it/.

The application for aid may be submitted from 10.00 a.m. on 1 December 2021 until 12.00 noon on 31 December 2021 online at the address http://trasmissione.bandi.regione.umbria.it given in the acknowledgement of receipt of completion of the application.
