PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE PRESENTATION OF INTERNATIONALISATIONAL PROJECTS BY PARTICIPATION IN INTERNATIONAL FAIRS taking place from 01/10/2020 to 31/12/2021

 

Public Notice for the request of grants for participation in International Fairs taking place from 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2021 is operative from today, 27 October.

It is intended to support the participation of companies that must have been operating for at least 1 year and have at least 1 permanent employee, operating in the manufacturing, construction, wholesale trade, and advanced tertiary sectors. The deadline to complete and submit the Application for subsidies is 31 December 2020 using exclusively the online service https://serviziinrete.regione.umbria.it/.

Applications may be directed to the participation of 1 or more international trade fairs, up to a maximum of 5, identified among those held in Italy and abroad, chosen by the applicant and taking place between 1 October 2020 and 31 December 2021.

The main new elements of this Notice are:

  • participation in both international digital and traditional trade fairs is allowed;
  • you can choose the option of a grant at standard costs or to report the real costs incurred;
  • with a single Application you can apply for up to 5 Fairs;
  • newly-exporting companies, innovative start-ups, innovative SMEs and university spin-offs receive a higher contribution, with the recognition of a non-refundable contribution between 60% and 70% depending on whether the fair takes place inside or outside the European Union;
  • simplified and flexible procedures are foreseen for the request of variations that will emerge after the presentation of the Application for causes external to the company, such as the relocation or cancellation of the fair due to health emergencies.
