Public notice for internationalisation through participation in international trade fairs taking place from 01/01/2023 to 30/11/2023

The Public Notice is published for the presentation of internationalisation projects through the participation in international fairs taking place from 01/01/2023 to 30/11/2023.

The financial resources available for this Notice amount to 427,087.35 €, which are covered by the availability of the ERDF ROP 2014-2020 Axis III Activity 3.3.1 and a further 300,000.00 € charged to the productive activities fund, to be used if necessary by the enterprises that will participate in trade fairs that are expected to take place towards the end of the year 2023, as provided for in Article 3 of this notice.

The notice is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) in Umbria and intends to support their internationalisation projects through participation in 1 or more international trade fairs in traditional (in-person) and/or digital mode. Companies can freely choose international fairs held in Italy and abroad within the period between 1 January 2023 and 30 November 2023. The enterprise may only submit one application, corresponding to its internationalisation project, which must include participation in 1 or more trade fairs.

The maximum number of international fairs that the enterprise may apply for is 5.

For each traditional international fair, the maximum eligible expenditure is 16,000 € for international fairs in Italy and 20,000 € for international fairs abroad. For each international digital fair, the maximum eligible expenditure is 10,000 €.

The non-repayable contribution recognised for participation in each eligible fair (fairs in presence) will be determined: on the basis of a simplified standard cost determined according to the country where the fair is held, the duration of the event and the days of participation of the beneficiary in the fair, or on the basis of the actual cost reporting of eligible expenses.

For international trade fairs in digital mode, the grant awarded for participation in each eligible fair will instead be determined solely on the basis of the actual cost reporting of eligible expenses.

Applications for admission to the facilities may be filled in from 10:00 a.m. on 5 July 2023 until 12:00 noon on 29 September 2023 by using exclusively the online service accessible at  https://serviziinrete.regione.umbria.it/.
