Public Notice - Relief for indoor swimming pools, theme parks and others, entities operating in the education and vocational training sector 2023

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE DISBURSEMENT OF NON-REPAYABLE CONTRIBUTIONS (RELIEF) FOR ENTERPRISES ENGAGED IN THE ACTIVITY OF MANAGEMENT OF INDOOR SWIMMING FACILITIES; ENTERPRISES ENGAGED IN THE ACTIVITY OF THEME PARKS, AQUARIUMS, GEOLOGICAL PARKS AND ZOOLOGICAL GARDENS; SUBJECTS BOTH OPERATING IN THE FIELD OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND THE RIGHT TO PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING DUTY UNDER LEGISLATIVE DECREE 76/2005

EXTRAORDINARY AND URGENT MEASURES RELATED TO THE COVID-19 EPIDEMIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY

This notice has been approved through the Determination of the CEO of Sviluppumbria number 320 of 28/12/2022.

This Notice is published in the Official Bulletin of the Region of Umbria on January 3, 2023 and provide for the disbursement of non-repayable grants (relief) to Umbrian enterprises included in the following economic categories:

Type A: Enterprises exercising the activity of management of indoor swimming facilities in the regional territory of Umbria (operational headquarters) as resulting from Chamber of Commerce registry. (ATECO code prevailing or primary in the operational headquarters).

Type B: Enterprises exercising in the regional territory of Umbria as a prevalent economic activity one of the following activities as resulting from chamber of commerce registry (prevalent or primary Cod. ATECO in the operational headquarters), falling within the Ateco codes indicated in one of the following types:

• 93.21 amusement and theme parks;
• 91.04 activities of botanical gardens of zoological gardens and nature reserves.

Type C: Subjects both operating in the field of vocational education and training and the right to vocational education and training duty under Legislative Decree 76/2005, holders of the corresponding accreditation, who have managed training activities in both training sectors in each of the years 2019, 2020 and 2021.

For Types A and B, a non-repayable grant is provided in favour of the recipients, who have suffered as a whole for the year 2021 a reduction in turnover in the minimum percentage of 15% compared to the year 2019, as resulting from their respective 2019 and 2021 budgets.

For Type C, a non-repayable grant is to be provided in favour of recipient entities holding the corresponding accreditation that have managed training activities in both training sectors in each of the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and have experienced losses in turnover/revenues in the year 2021 compared to 2019 with respect to the same activities.

For the recipients of the grant located in the “crater” municipalities, which were affected by the 2016 earthquake, the years to be taken as a reference for the loss of turnover are those of 2021 compared to 2015.

The total financial allocation is Euro 683,548.95 distributed, as follows, by Type:

• Enterprises engaged in the activities referred to in Type A of this notice: euro 300,000.00;
• Enterprises engaged in the activities under Type B of this notice: euro 333,548.95;
• Individuals engaged in activities under Type C of this notice: euro 50,000.00.

Filling in applications for admission to the facilities may be made from 10:00:00 on 10/01/2023 and until 12:00:00 on 30/01/2023, and sending must be made exclusively by PEC to the following address sviluppumbria@legalmail.it
