Public Notice “Support for businesses selling daily newspapers and periodicals in the earthquake area”

Notice has been published in the Bollettino Ufficiale della Regione Umbria n.12 dated 9 March 2021 of:

Support to businesses selling daily newspapers and periodicals in the areas affected by the earthquake - Article 11 of Regional Law 12/2020

The measure consists in the granting of a non-repayable operating grant in application of the Community rules on state aid and in particular Regulation (EC) No 1407 of 18 December 2013 (De Minimis), up to a maximum of EUR 4,000.00 per year for each beneficiary company.

All businesses that carry out an economic activity, even if not prevalent, falling within the commercial activities for the sale of daily newspapers or periodicals as provided for by art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of RL n.10 of 13 June 2014 (Consolidation Act on Commerce) and operating in the municipalities of the earthquake area are eligible to apply:

- Arrone (TR);

- Cascia (PG);

- Cerreto di Spoleto (PG);

- Ferentillo (TR);

- Montefranco (TR);

- Monteleone di Spoleto (PG);

- Norcia (PG);

- Poggiodomo (PG);

- Polino (TR);

- Preci (PG);

- Sant’Anatolia di Narco (PG);

- Scheggino (PG);

- Sellano (PG);

- Vallo di Nera (PG).
