POR FESR 2014-2020 Action 3.1.1


In the period 2011-2013, in particular, the Umbrian territory has been affected by numerous corporate crises that have had a very negative impact on employment levels and involved also the regional productive system itself.

In order to mitigate the effects of industrial transition on individuals and businesses in areas that have been hit by widespread crisis in production activities, the Umbria Region has included Action 3.1.1 within the POR FESR 2014-2020. (Axis 3 - Competitiveness of SMEs) with a financial envelope of 12.8 mil / euro. 

With DGR. N. 1113/2015 Sviluppumbria has been identified by the Regional Council as an Intermediate Body for the implementation of the aforementioned action.

The objective to be pursued is to promote and support the joint activity of public and private entities, aimed at protecting the existing productive system, at ensuring the revival of production activities and at safeguarding employment, paying particular attention to the productive vocations that characterize the territories of reference.

The areas of industrial crisis identified refer to two specific territorial areas of intervention: the crisis area of ​​A. Merloni Spa, and the Terni Narni crisis area.

Action 3.1.1 - Ex Merloni Crisis Area

Interventions to support local areas affected by the widespread crisis of productive activities, aimed at mitigating the effects of industrial transitions on individuals and businesses.

The objective of this notice is support for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that wish to carry out projects located in the crisis A. Merloni S.p.A. in compulsory administration (comprising 17 municipalities in Umbria: Assisi, Bastia Umbra, Bevagna, Campello sul Clitunno, Costacciaro, Foligno, Fossato di Vico, Gualdo Tadino, Gubbio, Nocera Umbra, Scheggia e Pascelupo, Sigillo, Spello, Spoleto, Trevi, Valfabbrica and Valtopina, in accordance with the Agreement of 19/03/2010 program as amended and supplemented by resolution dated 18/10/2012, as amended) that wish to carry out joint projects to expand production capacity.

    PLEASE NOTE: Interruption of the submission of applications to Action 3.1.1 Crisis Area Ex Merloni.

    Starting from 00.00 on 12/7/2016 (the date and time of the acceptance receipt issued by the PEC provider of the applicant will be used to check) it is no longer be possible to send the applications via PEC to Apply for Action 3.1.1 Crisis Zone EX Merloni to Sviluppumbria SpA. The approved and not approved projects list is available. Please note that applications are verified in the chronological order of arrival. Applications for the benefits are funded according to the same order.
