Banco della Terra: AFOR publishes the call for tenders for the concession of regional property

The Agenzia Forestale Regionale dell'Umbria has published a call for tenders to allocate land and buildings included in the Banco della Terra programme, for the management of regional agro-forestry assets. Through a public procedure, the land of the Region's real estate assets located in the municipalities of San Venanzo, Allerona and Orvieto will be granted for agro-zootechnical purposes. The land is immediately available.

This is a first implementation of the land concessions, which will be updated every six months.

Agricultural entrepreneurs, individually or in association, small direct farmers and agricultural social cooperatives are eligible. Qualifications are referred to in paragraph 1 of the call which provides more information about the application process.
