Notice for contributions to families for children and youth participation in Summer Centres 2022

Development and Cohesion Fund FSC 2014/2020 ex art. 44 DL 34/2019 Line of action "Support for socio-educational services, services for motor and sports education, for preschool age (0-6 years) and children in compulsory education"

Public call for contributions for partial/total coverage of costs incurred by families for the participation of preschool children and children in compulsory education in Summer Centres 2022.

Purpose. The Region of Umbria intends to contribute to the costs incurred by families for the participation of pre-school children and young people in compulsory education in Summer Centers that provide socio-educational services and motor and sports education during the summer period 2022, through the allocation of resources from the Development and Cohesion Fund FSC 2014/2020 ex art. 44 DL 34/2019, also in order to promote the reconciliation of work and life times.

Description of the intervention. The intervention provides for the disbursement of a contribution to partially/totally cover the costs incurred by families for the participation of children and youth in summer centres 2022.

The contribution, calculated weekly, will be disbursed on the basis of the child's actual enrolment for all the weeks requested. The contribution will be disbursed based on 3 different age groups, where the age of the child is calculated as of 1 June 2022, for the weekly amounts below:

The grant can be claimed for full weeks of service delivery by the summer centre, for the period between 13 June 2022 and 11 September 2022. The weekly amount is not divisible and, therefore, only partial attendance of a week cannot be claimed.

The benefit may be applied for by families for each child having the characteristics of access to the same by submitting a single application for all children in the household.

For disbursement purposes, the submission of expense documents and payment receipts is not required.

The grant cannot be combined with other benefits.

Eligibility for the intervention. Families residing in Umbria during the period of eligibility of expenditure (13 June – 11 September 2022), with children born after 31 May 2005, are eligible to apply for the benefit.

Application submission. The application must be submitted exclusively on the IT platform available at  https://serviziinrete.regione.umbria.it/

and accessing with SPID, CIE or CNS digital identity.

The application must be submitted by the person exercising parental/legal responsibility for the child.

The application is unique for all minors for whom the applicant intends to submit it.

Once the application has been submitted, it will no longer be possible to amend the application or submit other applications by the applicant.

It will also not be possible for another person to submit a new application for a child for whom the application has already been submitted.

Applications can be submitted only from 10 a.m. on 08.09.2022 until 10 a.m. on 11.10.2022.
