The Region of Umbria with this notice, intends to contribute to the costs incurred by families in the educational year 2021/2022 for the participation of children aged 0 to 6 years in socio-educational services and preschools, through the allocation of resources from the Fund for Development and Cohesion FSC 2014/2020 ex art. 44 DL 34/2019, in order to encourage:
The action provides for the provision of a contribution to families for the participation of children up to 6 years of age - residents of Umbria - in early childhood socio-educational services (public and private, authorized under Regional Law No. 30 of December 22, 2005) and equivalent preschools in the educational year 2021/2022. The subsidy, calculated monthly, will be disbursed on the basis of the declaration and related verification of the child's actual enrolment and maintenance of the same for all required months.
The monthly amount of the contribution is determined as follows:
With reference to early childhood socio-educational services, "full-time" fruition means hours equal to or greater than 7 hours/day and "part-time" fruition means hours less than 7 hours/day. With reference, however, to preschool, "full-time" fruition means hours of 40 hours/week or more, and "part-time" fruition means hours of less than 40 hours/week.
The educational year is set at 10 months running from September 2021 to June 2022. The grant cannot be combined with other benefits received in reimbursement of the same monthly payments (e.g., INPS bonus nidi).
The recipients of the benefit are minors, resident in Umbria on the date of application, who are enrolled in the educational year 2021/2022:
The application must be submitted exclusively on the IT platform available at https://serviziinrete.regione.umbria.it/ by accessing with SPID, CIE, CNS digital identity. Applications can be submitted exclusively from 10 a.m. on 8/7/2022 until 10 a.m. 31/8/2022.
