Collaboration between in house agencies of the Umbria Region.

Sviluppumbria and 3A-PtA sign accord on managing procedures and digitisation

Sviluppumbria SpA and 3A-PTA, in-house providing agencies of the Umbria Region, have signed an innovative collaboration agreement with the aim of sharing internal expertise and application tools in the area of digitisation and management of procedures. This is the first important operational application of the new season of collaboration recently launched by Sviluppumbria together with the companies in which it holds strategic stakes in order to pursue synergies and raise the level of services offered to the territory, in line with the indications received from the Umbria Region.

The Councillor for Agricultural Policies of the Umbria Region, Roberto Morroni, welcomed this initiative, stating that “the synergy between two Agencies of the Region allows us to optimise resources and consolidate a new positive trend, which sees fruitful interaction between entities belonging to the same system. A virtuous and functional collaboration process in pursuit of a single objective: development.”

“In signing of this agreement, Sviluppumbria, the Umbria Region’s Economic Development Agency, broadens the range of recipients of its services by making its technical expertise available to regional subsidiaries,” commented Michela Sciurpa, Sviluppumbria’s President. “Digitisation, simplification, standardisation and procedural streamlining, she continued, “are essential conditions to guarantee the technical compliance required by regional governance. We are pleased to work with 3A-PTA in these matters as well, while pursuing cost-effectiveness”.

“Cooperation between the Region’s in-house agencies is becoming increasingly proactive and concrete, with a view on the one hand to containing costs by reducing use of external professionals and on the other hand to enhancing their value, as we often have highly qualified professionals already within our own ranks,” commented Marcello Serafini, President of 3A-PTA. “By signing this agreement, we intend to share the best skills and innovative management systems to enable the best use of the professional resources we have in the field in both our companies and to be increasingly competitive in favour of the Umbrian community.”
