Press tour focusing on Umbrian eno-gastronomy

10 - 12 September 2019

A group of journalists from England are touring Umbria to experience the region’s beauty, wine and foods. The itinerary will emphasize our culinary excellence because participants include a writer for a food magazine, and a videographer and social media specialist for a chain of Italian restaurants in London, run by Umbrian chef Masha Rener. The tour will take the group to Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Cannara and Lake Trasimeno, with visits to a winery, an olive-oil mill, a norcineria and a fishing cooperative.

The tour has been organised by Sviluppumbria as one of many tourism promotion activities carried out on behalf of the Umbria Region.
