Youth Guarantee

PON YEI  - Regional Youth Guarantee Plan - Measure 7.2  - “ Microcredit Fund” 

The instrument aims at facilitating  access to credit in order to support the launch of small entrepreneurial initiatives, promoted by young people between the ages of 18 and 29, who are not engaged in a job or included in a course (NEET), who have joined the Youth Guarantee Program and have completed the accompanying path of Measure 7.1 through the granting of zero-rate subsidized loans not supported by personal or property guarantees.

In particular, Axis 1 - "Youth Employment NEET" has as its priority "sustainable integration in the labor market of young people (YEI), especially those not employed, not included in education or training (NEET - Not in employment, not in education, not in training, also through the implementation of the Guarantee for Young People. " Measure 7 "Self-employment and self-employment support" includes Measure 7.2 "Support for facilitated access to credit" to support the launch of small entrepreneurial initiatives.

The fund for Measure 7.2 "Support for Access to Credit", as determined in the Regional Executive Plan of D.G.R. N. 514/2014, integrated and remodeled respectively with DD.G.R. N. 1462/2014 and n. 96/2016, amounts to Euro 1,000,000.00 (one million) of which "Microcredit Fund" € 909,090.00.

Applications must be submitted from the day following the publication in Official Gazette of the Umbria Region until the deadline, fixed for December 31, 2018.
