In the context of managing the real estate assets of the Umbria Region, Sviluppumbria’s activities include: management of the inventory of regional real estate assets, maintenance and updating of official documents, accounting in accordance with Legislative Decree 118/2011, management of IMU TASI taxes, with relative calculation of taxes and preparation of F24EP; Annual surveys for the MEF portal - Treasury Department, Cadastral Regularizations, Verification of historical and cultural interest (D.lgs. 42/04); drafting of estimates, expert reports for the sale and concession of regional assets, preparation and management of public auction reports for the sale and concession of assets; management of equipped and productive properties in industrial areas L.R.9/2016; technical assistance to the Umbria Region Heritage Service.
