Sviluppumbria in collaboration with the Parco Tecnologico Agroalimentare dell'Umbria 3A-PTA presents a talk about Horizon Europe, the new European Union Framework Programme for Research and Innovation. The 26 February meeting will inform Umbrian companies about opportunities and discuss the results achieved and the prospects for our territory in terms of innovation and research.
The conference call from the offices of the European Commission in Brussels will be attended by Marco Grancagnolo Policy officer of the Directorate General for Research and Innovation, who will then answer participants' questions.
The Horizon Europe Programme 2021-2027, with a budget of around 100 billion euros, will be the most ambitious research and innovation programme ever and aims to strengthen science and technology in Europe by investing in cutting-edge research and highly specialised personnel; implementing Europe's priorities, tackling global challenges that affect the quality of life; and encouraging Europe's industrial competitiveness by supporting innovation and the market.
