3. Criteria for evaluating applications

• evaluation of the coherence of the proponent's profile with the idea
• market prospects
• technical, economic and financial validity of the initiative
• innovative nature of the proposed initiative
• ability of the project to generate employment and development
• relevance of the project to the territorial chains of excellence or to the priority areas identified
      in the RIS 3 strategy

4. Management of the relationship

Signing of a contract for the provision of services with a maximum duration of 5 years, renewable, subject to re-evaluation, for a further 2 years only.
