L’Umbria sulla stampa francese: Le Figaro dedica la guida "Voyage" al cuore verde d'Italia

Our region's attractions are featured in the French press, in a travel article published in Le Figaro.

The French daily published an article on Umbria entitled De Pérouse à Spolète, sept lieux pour se ressourcer en Ombrie, ‘poumon vert’ de l'Italie. The article suggests a journey to discover Umbria through some of its cities of art, from Perugia to Orvieto via Assisi, Spoleto and Gubbio, along with the spectacular Sibillini Mountains and the small villages along Lake Trasimeno. Monuments, squares, evocative views, hospitality and typical dishes, attractions and events, and finally practical suggestions for reaching the green heart of Italy are described.

Sviluppumbria has been organizing press tours and facilitating dialogue with foreign editorial offices for years as part of a series of tourism promotion activities carried out on behalf of the Umbria Region.
