UNA TANTUM NOTICE: reopening of the term for submitting applications

The notice UNA TANTUM AUTONOMI provides a one-off contribution of 1,500 € to individuals resident in Umbria whose self-employment has been temporarily suspended or reduced as a result of Prime Ministerial Decree or Ordinances of the President of the Regional Council issued in order to counter the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency.

Individuals are eligible for the allowance who, on the date of publication in the BUR, 12.05.2021:

a) were not been eligible for the disbursement of the one-time allowance referred to in the notice approved by DD 1703/2020 and subsequent amendments; (First version published on 07.01.2021, consolidated version published on 04.02.2021)

b) are residents in Umbria at the date of publication on the BUR, 12.05.2021

c) are not holders of any seniority or old age pension;

d) are not holders of any employment relationship, with the exception of any on-call contracts / intermittent or similar, and do not fall in any case between the recipients of the treatments provided for workers to Articles 19-22 quinquies of DL 18/2020 and subsequent amendments;

e) are not recipients of income or citizenship pension, emergency income, NASPI or other forms of assistance provided by law, except for other forms provided as a result of the epidemiological emergency from SARS COVID-19;

f) have had to suspend their activities because they are not included among those identified as essential by the Prime Ministerial Decree of 11.03.2020 as integrated by the Prime Ministerial Decree of 22.03.2020, or have had to reduce their opening hours or days as a result of Prime Ministerial Decrees and/or ordinances of the President of the Region to counter the effects of the SARS COVID-19 epidemic;

g) have a valid ISEE ORDINARY certificate, to be attached to the application;

h) have the required social security and welfare positions active as of the date of publication in the BUR, 12.05.2021, with the exception of sports collaborators under type 2B;

i) fall into one of the types of work provided by the notice (Type 1 Tradesmen / Artisans / Artists, Type 2A Sports and Entertainment, Type 2B CONI, CIP, Type 2C Cultural Heritage Professionals, Type 3 Self-employed leisure, entertainment, events, recreation and administration).
