A €10M investment has been announced for the initial phase of a joint venture between the Chinese multinational Tianjin Giant Aviation Investment which deals with civil aviation, biomedical-pharmaceutical, agriculture and finance and the Terni company AeroSeatek Italia srl, of the Maestrale group. It is estimated that about 120-140 new jobs will be created over four years, with local workers involved in engineering, design and assembly of aircraft seating and interiors. The project will be supported by Sviluppumbria and Gepafin.
