Sviluppumbria’s contribution to the students of the three-year MICO (Made in Italy, Food and Hospitality) degree course at the University for Foreigners of Perugia
The three-year degree course is highly innovative: it is the only one in Italy to combine the course and training objectives of two degree courses: Tourism Sciences and Gastronomy Sciences, Cultures and Policies. The course aims to offer a cultural education on Made in Italy as a whole and technical-practical training that will enable students to work in Made in Italy companies and in the food, gastronomy and hospitality sectors. The course offers professional opportunities in the field of import-export of Made in Italy products.
