Public notice Vouchers for consultancy services

**** Pursuant to DGR 623 of 30/06/2021, the deadline for the 2020 Voucher Notice has been extended to 30/06/2022 and some updates have been made to the Notice itself.

Sviluppumbria has therefore published in the ordinary supplement to the "Bollettino Ufficiale" - Serie Avvisi e Concorsi - no. 50 of 14 September 2021 the 2020 Voucher Notice, which takes into account the directives set forth in DGR 623 of 30 June 2021.

The notice is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) that intend to use specialised consultancy services to implement their international development strategies.

Beneficiaries may submit their application for support from 10.00 a.m. on 13 July 2020 until 12.00 noon on 30 June 2022 unless the allocated resources referred to in Article 2 of this notice are exhausted.

For specialised support for internationalisation means consultancy activities aimed at providing companies with support during the phases of the internationalisation process in which they are interested, from growth in the short to medium term to the phase of opening up to new foreign markets, also making use of new digital tools, and/or the strengthening of existing ones.

The following services are eligible:

1. Specialist support for internationalisation (up to a maximum of €20,000.00 of eligible expenditure): Consultancy/assistance services aimed to strengthen, on a temporary basis, company functions essential to the internationalisation process, through the availability of a Temporary Export Manager (TEM) or a Digital Export Manager (DEM). TEMs and DEMs must be specialised professionals aimed at facilitating and supporting internationalisation processes exclusively through a service company.

Both TEMs and DEMs must have and document at least five years' professional experience as better specified in Article 5.

2. Specialist services for internationalisation (up to a maximum of € 10,000.00 of eligible expenditure): Consultancy/assistance services aimed at:

•     For legal assistance related to international contracts, dispute management and debt recovery with reference to foreign markets,
•     tax consultancy on aspects of corporate and commercial taxation in international contexts,
•     customs advice on technical, legislative and procedural aspects related to import/export;

3. Digital promotion on foreign markets (up to a maximum of € 10,000.00 of eligible expenditure). Consultancy and assistance services aimed at

•     Design and development of virtual showrooms and shop windows, AR/VR Business commerce platforms for export and/or consultancy for the activation and registration to existing B2C or B2B e-commerce platforms,
•     Design, development of proprietary e-commerce systems (websites and/or mobile apps) aimed at internationalisation;
•     Designing, developing and supporting the positioning of the offer on the chosen digital trade channels towards the selected foreign markets;
•     adaptation and enhancement of the website, portals and other web-based environments in English or in the language of the target country(ies);
•     design and implementation of design and branding for penetration into foreign markets.

4. Services for technical adaptation to international markets (up to a maximum of € 10,000.00 of eligible expenditure). Consultancy/assistance services aimed at the following activities:

•     obtaining foreign product certifications
•     to register industrial property rights (trademarks and patents) abroad;
•     to obtain quality certifications in any case complying with the relevant European standards and facilitating the penetration of certain foreign markets.

The service referred to in type 1) is not available to companies that already have an active TEM granted by the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE). In addition, the service referred to in type 1) requested by companies that have been granted a contribution under the 2019-2020 Voucher Notice for the TEM service relating to the foreign country for which the application is submitted is not eligible for funding.

A MAXIMUM OF 2 VOUCHERS CAN BE REQUESTED IN THE APPLICATION FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF SERVICES AMONG THE 4 LISTED ABOVE.

The application must be filled in exclusively through the online service available at  https://serviziinrete.regione.umbria.it/ and follow the procedures indicated
