In the Decision of the Regional Council 1679 of 29/12/2011, the Umbria Regional Authority identified Sviluppumbria as the competent structure to manage the “Investment Fund for cooperatives - Foncooper”. This announcement implements what was included in the aforesaid decision, consistent with what is envisaged in the “Annual programme 2013 for the growth, innovation and competitiveness of the regional productive system” approved by the Regional Council Decision 1127/2013.

The intervention grants a subsidised loan of no more than 75% of the total amount of the expenses admissible (net of VAT). The maximum loan that can be granted is EUR 150,000.00 (one hundred and fifty thousand/00) and the minimum loan is EUR 20,000.00 (twenty thousand/00).

An annual interest rate of 1% is applied to the loan granted depending on the characteristics of the subsidised programme, the type of expenses and the duration.

The tool is currently not in operation, as it is awaiting specific refunding.
