Notice for expressions of interest to participate in the TTG trade fair - Rimini, 11/13 October 2023

In view of the opening of registration for participation in the Umbria stand at the next edition of the TTG  fair in Rimini, scheduled from 11 to 13 October 2023, the Umbria Region announces the criteria that will be adopted for the allocation of the available places.

Companies must express their interest by sending form A) filled in in all its parts and signed with the digital signature of the legal representative of the company. In the absence of a digital signature, a handwritten signature may be affixed by attaching a valid identity document.

Expressions of interest must be received starting at 10:00 a.m. on 7 August 2023 until no later than 5:00 p.m. on 10 August 2023, exclusively by certified electronic mail (PEC) to the following address: sviluppumbria@legalmail.it 

The following types of operators located in Umbria and in operation at the time of submitting the application are eligible to participate in the Umbria Region's tourism promotion events

• Individual accommodation facilities of hotel, non-hotel and other establishments;
• Travel agencies and tour operators operating in the incoming sector registered in the regional register;
• Consortia and other associative forms of regional tourism offer.

At present, 29 spaces are available in the Umbria stand, which will be assigned on a territorial basis. The table below summarises the allocation of spaces calculated based on the annual presences and the number of accommodation facilities for each area.

Please note that the municipality of the company's operational headquarters and the order of arrival for each district will be decisive for the purposes of drawing up the ranking list.

In the event that some of the places are not filled, priority will be given to the districts affected by the 2016 earthquake (so-called "crater area") as the action is financed with Por Fesr 2014-2020 resources, action 8.7.1. If necessary, the criterion of chronological order of applications received will be used.

The ranking list will be drawn up after the closing of enrolments and, subsequently, the payment of the participation fee will be requested from the enterprises that have been assigned spaces.

Admission will be subject to verification of the requirements set forth in this notice and payment of the participation fee set at 1,000.00 euro plus VAT per operator and comprising:

• access passes to the event;
• a dedicated space within the Umbria stand;
• an agenda of appointments;
• a room for three nights in B&B

N.B.: expressions of interest received before 10:00 a.m. on Monday 7 August 2023 will not be taken into consideration.
