Public Notice - Relief for tourism businesses located in ski areas

A call for applications was published In the  BURU n.1 dated 4 Jan 2022, Notices and Competitions series, for the allocation of non-repayable grants to tourism businesses, as defined in Article 4 of the Code in Annex 1 to Legislative Decree 79/2011, located in municipalities within the ski areas.

Tourism enterprises, belonging to the so-called extended tourism chain, must have a prevalent or primary code in their head office or operational headquarters as set out in the Notice and be located in one of the following municipalities:

• Pietralunga;

• Monte Santa Maria Tiberina;

• Scheggia e Pascelupo;

• Cascia;

• Ferentillo;

• Monteleone di Spoleto;

• Polino;

• Sellano;

• Poggiodomo;

• Norcia;

• Gualdo Tadino;

• Costacciaro.

The measure provides for the disbursement of a non-repayable contribution to recipients who have suffered a reduction in turnover in 2020 of at least 15% with respect to the year 2019, as resulting from the respective 2019 and 2020 financial statements approved by the shareholders' meeting.

For the recipients of the contribution located in the municipalities of the "crater", which were affected by the 2016 earthquake, the years to be taken as reference for the decrease in turnover are 2020 compared to 2015. The contribution that can be granted to each individual subject is non-repayable to the maximum extent of the loss of turnover.

The contribution that can be granted is calculated as follows:

(a) Calculation of the total loss of turnover of the individual eligible beneficiaries;

(b) Determination of the weight of the individual beneficiary's loss of turnover in relation to the total referred to in point (a);

(c) determination of the grant to be awarded to the individual beneficiary on the basis of the weight referred to in point (b) multiplied by the amount of the available resources referred to in the financial resources section below.

In any case, the contribution that may be granted to each individual beneficiary may not exceed the loss of turnover suffered by that beneficiary.

Applications for grants may be filled in from 10.00 a.m. on 17 January 2022 until 12.00 noon on 18 February 2022 using the online service at the following address: https://serviziinrete.regione.umbria.it/.
