Umbria in Cannes at the International Luxury Travel Market - Michela Sciurpa attends to support the regional participation

Umbria will take part for the first time in the International Luxury Travel Market - ILTM, one of the leading international events focused on luxury tourism. The 2021 edition will take place from 6 to 9 December 2021 in Cannes, France. The fair is reserved exclusively for tourism professionals specialised in the luxury segment. Tourism is an important economic sector for our region and one that was especially hard-hit by COVID-related restrictions.
Supporting tourism professionals and promoting the return of tourism flows is are priorities for the Region and for Sviluppumbria, the in-house regional development agency.
Michela Sciurpa, President of Sviluppumbria, attend the event to reinforce the regional presence and establish strategic contacts.
The Umbria stand, in the Italian pavilion managed by ENIT, will present the attractions of our region and will also host 4 co-exhibitors representing the excellence of luxury hospitality.
Sviluppumbria is organizing the stand on behalf of the Umbria Region, which is financed through action 8.7.1. of the Co-financing Fund for the tourism offer ERDF-ROP 2014-2020.
