The overall objective of the project Pro.tec.t. - Product Technologies and Traceability is to support the general development of food safety in the public and private context in Albania. The specific objective is to improve the competitiveness of the olive industry and medicinal plants through interventions in the value chain and territorial marketing.
The project aims to support small producers/cooperatives/companies to increase the quality of their products and improve their competitiveness, while approaching the quality and certification requirements of the European Union.
