Suspension of payments for LR 12/95 and LR 1/2018, Microcredit, Foncooper and Financial Engineering Fund

Payment of instalments of loans under LR 12/95 and LR 1/2018 "Facilities to promote youth employment with the support of new entrepreneurial initiatives", Microcredit (including Youth Guarantee), Foncooper and Financial Engineering Fund - unless otherwise provided - may be suspended until 30 September 2020 with deferment of the repayment plan and without new or increased charges.
In application of Law Decree no. 18 of 17 March 2020, "Measures to strengthen the National Health Service and economic support for families, workers and businesses related to the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency" and in particular of article 56, paragraph 2, letter c) and in implementation of what has already been provided by the Umbria Region with reference to the Microcredit and L.R. 12/95 facilitation instruments, beneficiaries can request a debt moratorium relative to the aforementioned facilitation instruments as a countermeasure of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency.
In order to obtain the suspension of the instalments, the beneficiaries should send a specific request via Pec to sviluppumbria@legalmail.it, self-certifying that they have suffered temporary liquidity shortages as a direct consequence of the Covid-19 epidemic.
