Agro-industrial area Pantalla di Todi

Sviluppumbria was specifically appointed by the Regional Council to manage the agroindustrial area located in Pantalla di Todi.

The area has an infrastructure divided into 12 lots, with an average size of approximately 8,500 m² (the effective size ranges from approximately 7,000 m² to over 10,000 m²).

Sviluppumbria’s mandate includes all the functions linked with the management of the area, the preparation of the public announcement of sale, the promotion phases, inquiry and assessment of the applications to install a business that arrive. It draws up the contracts and checks that what is written in the business plan prepared prior to the application by the companies.

The sale prices have been updated by the Decision of the Regional Council No. 43/2011 compared to the original prices envisaged by the B.U.R.U.

The area currently has 6 lots available for setting up a business, plus the “service” area, which is being assessed for its potential exploitation.
