Sviluppumbria published in the Ordinary Supplement to the «Bollettino Ufficiale» - Notices and competitions series - n. 51 of 13 October 2020, the Public Notice to submit internationalisation projects through participation in international trade fairs taking place from 01/10/2020 to 31/12/2021.
The financial resources available for this Notice amount to € 2,200,000.00 and are covered by the availability of the ROP ERDF 2014-2020 Axis III Activity 3.3.1, as provided for in art. 3 of the notice.
The notice is addressed to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Umbria and intends to support their internationalisation plans through participation in 1 or more international fairs held traditionally (in person) and/or online. Companies can freely identify the international fairs held in Italy and abroad within the period 01 October 2020 - 31 December 2021. It is possible to submit a single application for participation in 1 or more fairs.
The maximum number of international trade fairs that the company may request is 5.
For each in-person international fair, the maximum eligible expenditure is 16,000 € for international fairs taking place in Italy and 20,000 € for international fairs abroad. For each online international fair, the maximum eligible expenditure is 10,000 €.
The non-refundable grant awarded for participation in each eligible fair (held in person) will be determined on the basis of a simplified standard cost according to the country where the fair is held, the duration of the event and the days of participation of the beneficiary in the fair or on the basis of the reporting real costs of eligible expenses.
For international trade fairs in digital mode, the non-refundable grant awarded for participation in each eligible fair will be determined solely on the basis of real cost reporting of eligible expenses.
Applications to receive the benefits can be filled in from 10:00 a.m. on 20 October 2020 until 12:00 noon on 31 December 2020 and must use exclusively the online service available at https://serviziinrete.regione.umbria.it/
Umbria Digitale S.c.a.r.l.'s technical and application assistance is available from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., weekends and holidays excluded. Grant applications can be submitted starting from 10:00 a.m. on 27th October 2020 until 12:00 noon on 31st December 2020 at http://trasmissione.bandi.regione.umbria.it.
