Incentives to employ over 30 men/women workers

              

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ENTERPRISES - INCENTIVES TO EMPLOY MEN/WOMEN WORKERS OVER 30 COLLECTING UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS OR UNEMPLOYED OR RECEIVERS OF WELFARE SUPPORT UNDER AN AGREEMENT OF SUPPORT WITH COMPANIES THAT HAVE CLOSED DOWN OR ARE UNDERGOING INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS

With this Public Notice, the Umbria Region intends to encourage the recruitment of expelled workers or workers at risk of expulsion from employment to safeguard regional employment levels. The Notice also serves as a tool to support the process of re-industrialization of enterprise crises at regional level.

The subjects that can apply are all SMEs and Large Business Entities registered in the Chamber of Commerce who intend to increase their employment base within local offices and / or local units located in the territory of the Umbria region.

Beneficiaries of Incentives are over 30 collecting unemployment benefits or unemployed or receivers of welfare support under an agreement of support with companies that have closed down or are undergoing insolvency proceedings.

Incentives for recruitment in the form of grants of up to € 10,000.00 for each full time employment are payable.

The total budget amounted to € 2,491,977.54 as from D.G.R. 1396 of 5 December 2016 ..

It is possible to apply for incentives only for hiring:

- At least 5 workers / workers, residing in Umbria, over 30 years of age, unemployed or in mobility within the meaning of Law 223/91 or L. 236/93, or workers in constant employment relationship with Companies abandoned or under competition procedure. Workers must be from the same company ceased or under competition procedure;

- At least 1 worker / worker, former Merloni or ex Agile, in mobility or unemployment, residing in the Umbria region.

For the recruitment of former Merloni employees, as per Art. 4 of the notice, a reserve of € 200,000.00 is foreseen for industrial initiatives falling within the territorial sphere of the 17 municipalities referred to in the current and current program agreement, as D.G.R. 511 of 9/5/2016 and later D.G.R. 319 of March 27, 2017.

Applications may be submitted from the date of publication of this Notice and until the deadline of 31/12/2017.
